User acknowledges that the Software is currently in Beta Version. This means the system is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" for the purpose of testing, feedback, and refinement. While the underlying patent-pending formulas are finalized, the interface, stability, and specific diagnostic outputs may contain bugs or inaccuracies. By participating, you agree to assume all risks associated with the use of pre-release software.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital nature of the Software and the immediate access to proprietary grading logic and IP, Hand2Needle™ maintains a strict no-refund policy. Refund requests based on personal preference, subjective disagreement with grading outcomes, or unhappiness with the beta experience will not be honored. As this is a testing phase, minor technical glitches do not constitute grounds for a refund. Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback through a bank or payment processor will result in the immediate revocation of your license and may be reported as a breach of contract.
The grading methodology, spatial measurements, and temporal data tracking utilized by this Software are protected under U.S. Patent Pending — Application No. 19/467,841. User is granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal practice only. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the encoded security measures to access the underlying methodology is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
